Been going there for years I really appreciate Mike and Mr Doug .They value me as a customer. Especially the stihl department it's the only place on the island that sells professional rip chains.Its the go too place for professional tree trimmers.Mike goes out his way to take care of your stihl chainsaw needs.

Ordered parts through them for equipment I bought from them & never heard from them.  When I told them I ordered parts they just Shrugged it off like it was nothing. Not worth spending time buying anything from tjem

The turn around time is just too long. But they usually do a really bang up job. Plus, you have to play with the cute cat

Checked the website for store hours and it said Pandemic hours 10 to 3 on Saturdays, rolled up at 2 pm and big handwritten cardboard sign saying store closed Really bummed because I really needed something for my weed wacker.

They have a very helpful fantastic staff!  Good prices and also do a great job in maintaining equipment  brought in. Plus its really nice having staff that are very knowledgeable. They also go the extra mile by offering you a free drink and having such a lovable dog. Highly recommend them.  Their competitors especially Home Depot could take a lesson from these guys (and gal). Hard to find someone to help you out at HD.
