  I had these weird black spots multiplying on my lanai and I was getting a little uneasy about sitting out there, so I called and arranged an inspection. The technician, Chris<, was very helpful and knowledgeable. took care of the issue and left me with a clean lanai and even checked the whole outside area. Highly recommend.
