We started out with Adams back in late October 2021 because when we moved into our new home…. We were inundated palmettos bugs (nice name for roaches) with Spiders, Fire ants and Ghosts ants. (We do live across from a nature preserve). Within the week of the first treatment, which included spraying our screened in porch and front porch (not screened in) and placing down bait along with the black box bait, we saw an amazing difference in the amount of ants, spiders and Palmetto’s. We had another treatment done in December which was a regular scheduled appointment. We are not scheduled for another appointment until March.. Recently, I started to see ants in my bathroom, kitchen and Palmettos in my shed. I called Adams and was told they would have someone out today 2/7/22 they were here by noon to treat my home.. So very grateful for Adams and the kindness that they share with us. They treated my home and will also be back next month for my regular scheduled appointment. Thank you Adams for all of your amazing help. You deserve more than 5 stars in my humble opinion.

They sent a team right away and they were excellent. Sandy answered all my questions and explained everything...calmed my concerns. She was training Ryan, and he was also polite, friendly helpful and will be a welcome sight when we need help with bugs. But I was so impressed with Sandy, and you know as a woman in this business, she has to be exceptional to be respected. Her knowledge and experience....Priceless !

I'm very unhappy with everything that transpired today. As I have already stated, having your technician come unannounced is not an option with 3 dogs and a baby. I was assured that I would get a call or text in advance, that didn't happen. I did not want my baby home when you came and I made that very clear, but what concerns me most is when I called for service it was initially for the yard and ants. However, this did not get done and after speaking with Kathy about the situation, I never got a call back or an answer to why this was not communicated correctly. But I did get fully charged today. I'm really disappointed in today's experience and everyone I've spoke with at this point. Update.....the only time they called me back is AFTER I left a review. Thanks Tiffany for your extremely rude and condescending call back! We will NEVER be your customer again!!! There was nothing positive about the conversation except me saying that I am not willing to argue with you. Tiffany you are the rudest customer service person I have ever experienced. I was charged for a service I never wanted. I called for my yard and YOU upsold me on doing the inside of my house knowing my reservations of doing so with a baby and dogs. Yet, my yard was never done and I was still charged and NO RESPONSE until after I left a negative review. If I could have give 0 stars I would have. Not one person at that company apologized or had an ounce of customer service!

We take great pride in learning from all of our customer's experiences, good or bad. At 5:56pm 4/14/2022 Kelly/Kristin sent us a text in regards to her concerns simiarly stated in this review. Our Operations Manager Tiffany began to research the concerns in order to be able to assit Kelly/Kristin, at 6:06pm a 2 Star Review was posted, and the Operations Manager decided to call the customer at 6:07pm. All of our calls are recorded and the call between Tiffany the Operations Manager and Kelly/Kristin was very positive, Tiffany apologized for any misunderstanding or communication on our end as a company and even offered a discount on the lawn service and a discount on the current service that Kelly/Kristin signed up for. The customer was exteremely positive with this outcome and resolution. Tiffany even sent a follow up text after they hung up at 6:32pm stating "Kristin, please save this number so that if you ever need anything or have questions I'm a text or call away. Thank you for speaking with me today, and I hope you have a good night! -Tiffany Operations Manager of Adam's Pest Control" . We updated the review with these facts from the call and then at 6:47pm Kelly/Kristin update thier review to a 1 Star Review, and made false remarks in regards to our Operations Manager Tiffany and the conversation that is recorded. Kelly/Kristin as well called back and left a voicemail around that same time and cancelled service. In regards to the actual complaint, we have listened to the orginal sales call between Kelly/Kristin and Kathy our Customer Solution Specialist and lawn service was never mentioned by either parties, the conversation was completely about how all our services are Kid & Pet friendly, and they spoke specifically about our Mosquito Service & Home Pest Control Service. The service was set up with a text ahead 1 hour prior to arrival , in which the Technician did in fact text the customer ahead but the cutomer did not recieve the text ahead from the Technician. The technician provided a full Home Pest Control Service for the customer on 4/14/2022 at 10:43am with Kelly/Kristin home for the service. The technician talked the customer, went over service and there was no questions or concerns during this time. It wasn't until later in the afternoon that day that the customer called us with her concerns. She spoke to Kathy Customer Solution Specialist who explained the service that Kelly/Kristin signed up for which was again a positive conversation and the call ended with no requirement of a call back. We then as explained above recieved a text message with concerns at the same time of recieving a review from Kelly/Kristin and our Operations Manager reached out. We do understand that we are not going to be able to make everyone happy even though we strive to. However the review that Kelly/Kristin provided contains false information in regards to our team members after listening to calls & text that were communicated to the Kelly/Kristin.
