I have been going to Novotny Sales for over 10 years now. I have have always been happy with their service and find Terri very easy to communicate with. We have a large unground pool and they have kept our equipment running, even though pump and heater were old. We finally ordered a new heater from them and their installers and service were excellent. This year we will probably end up spending a lot more as our electric cover is in desperate need of replacement and I know Novotny will do a quality job at a fair price. I was quite surprised to see a negative review of this company as I have never experienced that, though I have had poor service at other companies in our area. Novotny my choice and that of most of my neighbors with unground pools too. I highly recommend them. Woodstock resident

Very helpful and knowledgeable! Stopped in to look at snow blowers and they were great to deal with. Was in and out with my new snow blower in 10 minutes. They offered to deliver to my house for free. Told them that was not necessary. Then they helped me load into my car. Highly recommend Novotny Sales!

Had the pool division close our pool this year. Per their contract we drained the pool to below the eye balls like we did the previous year. When we got the invoice we were charged $98 to drain the pool. Now keep in mind it was the same level as last year when they did not charge to drain. I spoke with Terri in the pool division who was rude and is not a rock star when it comes to customer service. She said she would have to ask the closer and get back to me. I waited a week for a call back and got none. Then i called again and spoke with Terri again who said the closer was on vacation and she would speak with him at end of the week. I called another week later and she was rude again. She said she would have to speak with him when he got back from vacation. Im sorry but waiting over 2 weeks for a reply is unacceptable. Eventually She rudely said she would refund the $98 but she'd be taking us "off her files". Fine. I guess a customer spending over $3k at your store is throwaway. We'll be going elsewhere in the future anyway.
