  This company is the absolute best! We had another pest control company in the past, and switched to Northwest to do our quarterly pest control. It was a great decision. They (Eric, Jacob and others) have been thorough, professional and have gone above and beyond to spot issues and communicate them with us. They found several issues our other pest control company had missed, and they did an amazing job explaining the problems, showing us pictures and offering reasonably priced solutions to keep our house protected and free of critters. I get the sense they truly care about their customers. They are fantastic!

  All of the technicians who have come to my home have been professional, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. They have been very patient, always willing to answer my questions, look at things I have a concern with etc. One even brought my trash can up the driveway from the street for me. (They have all been super sweet to my dogs, too!) The office staff have also been very good at contacting me about upcoming appointments and working with my schedule as necessary. I am very happy I chose Northwest.

  Rhett Hayes is AWESOME and thorough....the way I expect all Techs to be. The Tech LY was not impressive. Rhett restored my confidence and made me feel valued again. Thank you Rhett!
