  Exceptional service, reasonable prices, and all associates were very friendly. I took my Troy Built pressure washer in for service. It would not start. Note: They tell you before they write you a ticket that they only work on the engine. You have to pay a $30 deposit. The deposit is for the time the technician takes to diagnose your equipment. If you choose to have them do the work the $30 dollars is applied to (-$30) to your repair bill. I was expecting them to take a week to repair but they had me ready the next day. I also had a leak from my detergent tanks and asked if I could order the parts from them so I could repair it myself. To my surprise, after I had already paid, the technician (wish I would have gotten his name so he could be recognized for his excellent service), took my pressure washer back into the shop took off the plastic hoses, and rubber gaskits on the detergent tanks and replaced them with parts on hand in their shop.(no additional charrges).He also offered advice on using my pressure washer and told me about what they had available for sale. It is very rare to have service repairs of any kind, and feel like you are not being taken advantage of. Because the service was excellent, the next time I need lawn equipment I will visit there showroom.

  First of all it's a entirely different atmosphere in this building now than in years past. Now that Lawn Outfitters is running the place it's incredible. I recently purchased a Husqvarna trimmer and other various items from these guys and the customer service was second to none. Very helpful and very informative staff. Answered any questions I had made my buying experience here very enjoyable. I try to support local businesses that are decent to the consumer. I really can't say enough great things about these guys. They earned a customer for life for simply treating people with respect. I wish more local businesses could take notes from these guys. Great job guys and thanks again for all of your help!
