TERRIBLE! TERRILBE! TERRILBE! No customer service at ALL! First, you can never speak to the same person. Secondly, they will not send a representative out to your home, they only want to view from satillite images. What if you only wanted to front of your property services? They can not do this becasue " Thats too much information to give our technicians". I thought this was simple, do the front of the yard and not the back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They will only frustrate you. Also look at their YELP Reviews. 1.5 rating and I see why!!!

There were other more specific requests we couldn't work with because it is outside of our program and recommendations, and therefore, you won't see the results you'd like. Not only will they waste your time and money but they will also kill your grass and destroy your lawn . Most technicians are very inexperienced and uneducated. Not only did my technician ruin my yard in a matter of 2 months but they also overcharged my account. 0/10 for this. Unfortunately you have to give them 1 star

Our lawn has never looked so good. We found Natural lawn after searching for some time and after other lawn services had killed out lawn multiple times. What we like so much about this service is that all of the treatments used are pet, kid, and environment friendly and can be walked upon within 20 mins of application without fear of coming into contact with harmful chemicals. The staff is friendly, well mannered and always comes and goes without issue. I highly recommend the service and appreciate how green and lush our lawn is now.
