  Our experience started out very positive and cordial. However, as things progressed, there were certain large jobs (drainage problem) left to the end that was never attended to. Scott had been insisting on payment installments all along so by this time there was no monies owed. Also, he had promised on numerous occasions that plants that didn't make it throughout the year would be replaced. This didn't always happen but when it did, there was no discussion and sometimes it would be a completely different plant that showed up.At our expense, we are now in the process of replacing many plants that did not make it through the winter. Besides the plant and drainage issues there were several others with were major issues and terrible eye sores, such as a fence he installed and painted right away and never let the wood air dry so of course the sections he installed are covered with mold. The masonry work is a major major issue with many slates cracked and uneven. In addition the grout is coming up in all the seams. When ever you address issue with this Natural Images it is always put back on you and never their problem. It's sad because we spent a considerable amount of money on our property with this company and have not been fairly treated. Once they get to the end of the project and have most or all of their money you never hear back from them. I would be very careful using this company even just to have them cut your lawn. I also have hear the same complaints about them but only after the fact. I wish someone had advised us about them sooner.
