  I have been using metro-west for 2 years. It has been a pleasant relationship between us. They are very punctual, show up when they say they're going to. We have never had any billing issues. The service they provide is always clean and my property looks amazing. They have done grass cutting, tree trimming, and leave removal. They even went out of their way to fill a small sink hole in my back yard without me asking. The employees are always servicing with a smile and are very friendly. It reminds me of the neighbor kid down the street. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

  Not a good experience. Believe my grass was cut too early after sod was laid which killed a lot of the grass.

  Brett, I am happy to cancel your service a I did this afternoon. As I and the crew leader for your yard both told you, the damage to your sod (not installed by us) was from over-watering. This is called sod rot, and it has a distinct outdoor that the crew leader detected more than one time. I asked you several times to dial back the watering, especially before a mowing. If you might recall, we made a couple of visits to your home and did not cut because the sod had not rooted in yet. That is how you know it is ok to cut. If you are upset with the way your sod turned out, remember it is not the job of the mowing service to tell you how to maintain the new sod. That is between you and the company that installed it. I don't even believe they put down fresh topsoil or compost before they installed it. Now you are refusing to pay for the last 2 services that you ordered.
