      This is the first time I have owned a house 🏡 with a sprinkler system. I called Metro Lawn as they were close. Not only did I get a quick start up appt., but the technician Angel (sp?) was fabulous. He very patiently explained how everything worked and showed me how to operate the timer. Both technicians we're very respectful of not only my property, but with me as well. I would highly recommend this company!

      Highly recommend! I had my sprinkler system winterized. Easy scheduling within 1week of calling. Very reasonable pricing. The technicians were very professional and fast! Great customer service. I will definitely use this company again.

      This Company is shading & it is not a Free Estimate as it states online, they want the estimate payment that day & you must pay that day to get whatever needs fixing that day also. You can't schedule it later. I called & made an appt. & confirmed it was a Free Estimate set the date but they couldn't tell me what time he would arrive & said he just shows up & doesn't normally talk to the Home owner or knock on door to inform who he is or what he's doing on your property. He just enters the property & starts. I recieved a phone call the next day after making the appt. & they now say it's not a Free Estimate & the 1st 1/2 hour starts at 85.00 along with the rest of what they charge after that for Estimate & they bill on-site because it must be done that day. I only needed an Estimate. And planned to schedule the work to be done once I recieved the funds from the previous home owner who agreed to reimburse me for their damage. Why are there so many company's out there like this? This is false advertising & extremely shady. I was brought up better to respect what you claim to people & post. Everything about this experience was terrible just trying to set up an appt. I'm so glad I decided not to go with this company. Ove wasted my time & energy baking this company, and thought for an entire day I already had my appt set. Now I have to start over. Like many other company's they will probably respond to this complaint to make it look OK, don't let them fool you because they don't offer the Free Estimate, you can't schedule it to be fixed in the future. I would hate to see what they actually charge all the poor people out there that don't realize their already being shady poor businesslike from the very beginning.

      Kim, I apologize for the Misunderstanding. There is nothing shady going on with the way we do business, I can assure you that. You called for estimate (free) and this only applies to a New Install, for multiple reasons. Our free estimates on installs are able to be done because, we are just surveying the land and measuring for Irrigation. We cannot give anyone an accurate price on a repair until we go through the system and investigate the damaged areas, nor can any company. We would be completely guessing. Your are correct with saying you originally called and asked for a free estimate, I informed the office staff that, I cant successfully bid this without turning this system on and investigating, This is when they called you back, to inform you that this would involve a service call from our company to accurately price. We work very hard on making our client's happy, as you can see from the hundreds of fantastic, unmanufactured reviews . Free bids usually don't require working hours, which a company pays out, to give an estimate that you may not even get, that's just bad business. We do not "false advertise" this is a false statements …..Again, I'm sorry you misunderstood the application for a "free estimate", but this is not false advertising, I give free estimates every day, just not for repairs. I would have been more then happy to explain this to you, before you felt the need to run to a review site and make false claims. I'm also not sure about a day of your time to make a 3 min call to our office, again I don't know any company that will come out and spend money on labor for a quote. However, good luck on your search for that. Finally, of course I will respond to these false claims and defamation of our company and our integrity, as any company should defend themselves against false claims, with that being said, we also take responsibility if we fail or fall short in some way. I would disagree with all the claims in this, inaccurate and unfair review of our company. This was a simple misunderstanding of a "clearly marked" ad on a website.
