  They did a wonderful job! Exactly what I wanted! The yard was completely transformed when they were done. Professional, on time and very reasonable. Will definitely have them back in the spring! Thanks guys you did a great job ❤️

  HOMEOWNERS BE AWARE! I hired this company to tear off old grass, topsoil, seed, and hay. 3 guys came look unprofessional, Terry ( the owner) claimed they couldn't remove old grass because its dead and they cant use sod removing machine. They DONT have a machine to remove a layer of the dead grass!!! Instead, they raked the dead grass quickly and unprofessionally and put top soil unevenly!!! Seeding was a mess, unevenly throwing seeds so I have bare spots and dense spots!!! Putting the hay was a mess as well. More over, they showed me they are going to use Scotts Blue grass seed and when I was not there, they hide the Scotts bag and used a different cheap the worst type of grass seed. They also did aerate my lawn unevenly with a machine that barely works!! The second day, I run my sprinkler system to find 4 broken sprinkler heads that aeration damaged! Currently I have several quotes to fix the mess they did and will cost me about $5000.

  Firas, We strive to make sure every customer is happy before we leave the job. There was nothing but dirt, and weeds upon arrival. When I initially quoted you, there was grass.. hence why it was included in the quote. A landscaping contractor will never use Scotts seeds for a seeding job. We use a professional grade seed mix that we buy from Washington elevator in Washington Twp. While walking and during the quote with you, I asked you to flag all your sprinkler heads so we’ll know where they are when we use our sod cutter, and aerator, you did not. I don’t mind if you leave a review saying you didn’t like the job. However, when you insult my employees that spent 6 hours there, did the best they could with the conditions the yard was in upon arrival due to no fault of their own, it becomes rude, and degrading.
