  Prices are way too high. They force recycle on you and you pay for it, then they sell the recycle and make money off you? Leave the lid open a couple inches and they charge extra? Then they go weeks and don't pick up garbage because of bad weather (even when the roads are clear) and then have poor excuses about not being their responsibility? County needs to look at franchise options when this clown show is done. Serve the citizens not just your pocketbooks!

  I had nearly placed my trash and recycling at the end of my driveway after three weeks of now service. My trash cans were left tipped over and there was garbage left all over around them. I had to clean it up in the dark after working an extra long shift at my clinic.

  I am chronically ill and there have been days that I can’t get out of bed- let alone get my bins roadside. Even during those times my drivers have gone above and beyond to make sure my garbage and recycling are taken care of. I am very grateful for such service.
