  I needed a move in clean done ASAP and Bella Casa really pulled through for me. I called on a Thursday and they were at my house by Monday morning. They were very prompt and professional when it came to responding to my calls or emails. When it comes to the actual cleaning service, I was very pleased. I walked through the house with the cleaner and pointed out my biggest concerns, and each of them had been taken care of when I returned. I was considering buying a new oven because of how nasty the old one was, and the cleaner made it look like it was brand new. The house now smells and looks like it was professionally cleaned. Their rates are also the most affordable in Shelton. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  We have been using Bella Casa for our cleaning needs for the last 6 years. They have assisted us with deep cleans, as well as more specialized jobs like oiling the logs in our log cabin. We are so grateful for their prompt service and care of our home.

  I have been using Bella Casa for about 1 year to clean my vacation rental property. I have other cleaners at other properties, but Bella Casa is by far the best and so professional. They are amazing at communication which is so important in my business. They are very receptive to feedback without getting defensive. They are happy to have me communicate ALL feedback so they can make adjustments for me or praise their staff for a job well done. Oh, and they do such a great job at cleaning! I have so many reviews of my vacation rental property that say "the place was immaculate".
