  Mankato Landshapes worked with us to install a fence around the side and back of our home. We met and planned out our goals for permanent fencing, brick edging, rocks, removal of trees, adding a retaining wall, and leveling out one corner of our backyard. In October ,2015, we scheduled the work for the following Spring, 2016. Todd had his crew at our house during the first part off April 2016 ready to remove four trees, add a retaining wall, level out the yard, before they began installing the fence. Once those projects were completed, Todd and his crew began on the fence. It was quite a long fence with three gates. It took them a week of work and the end result was an awesome permanent fence that we were able to use to allow our pets free and safe roam in our back yard. Todd's crew has great attention to detail. Because we have a sloping yard, the fence took more attention and work to install the posts. At one point, some of the posts were removed and replaced to make sure the distances between posts would work with the slope of the yard. Once the fence was in, the crew added brick edging with rocks on both sides of the fence. It was a great way to finish off the fence and make sure there was limited space under the fence to prevent our new little puppy from escaping. Twice since Todd and his crew put the fence in. We have found one of our gates difficult to open, due to the slope of the yard. This spring, I emailed Todd for the second time, and within a half day, his crew came out, checked all the gates, tightened up the gate so it would open and close smoothly. They replaced a lost post cap, and checked the fence over again. Both follow-up times, Todd's crew was quick to respond to our follow-up requests. I think at a time when we look for services, we hope to find a company that has the ethical standards that Todd's crew has. I certainly am happy that no matter what the problem we might find, Todd will make sure his crew is out and ready to help us. I would certainly hope that if you are looking to find a landscape company to service your needs from fencing, to landscaping, I hope you consider Mankato Landshapes. They are a premium company from the many available to choose from.

  Love my fence! I had concerns about my dogs getting out and they came up with perfect solution and implemented! Looks great! The crew was super and very patient with all my questions and fence needs. They went above and beyond as I appeased neighbors!

  Luke was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable and he listened to what my landscaping specifications were. He worked hard to accomdate my short timeline in order to get the work done before I put my house on the market. The guys that came to do the work did a great job, were prompt, and used their artistic skills. Would highly recommend!
