First class service. Called and spoke with James and was provided great insight on the type of riding lawn mower I was looking for at a big box company. Drove out to his shop and he went over the differences between the one he had and others. Needless to say, I purchased from him and will again. Great, friendly and honest service is hard to find and once you do, you go back as a loyal customer.

Doesn’t stand behind products he sells, or their warranties. Essentially rips customers off on parts. Do not understand how there are good reviews for this business.

Kristie, In regard to the battery which Jeremy Forcier purchased a couple of months ago which he said immediatly failed. He stopped after hours yesterday while I was delivering a mower and spoke with my wife, I questioned if the charging system on the mower was working and he said he bought another battery elsewhere and it worked fine. I asked him to leave the battery so I could check it and talk to my supplier to see if they would cover it. If so, I said I would send him a check in the mail. I have two battery lines one of which has a 90 day warranty the other is a 1 year warranty but is more expensive. The ideal way for warranty to work is for the customer to bring the battery back immediately and we would just swap it out. Failing to give me the opportunity to replace the battery is not the way to do business. Giving me a bad review before I can even get a response from my supplier is not justified.

I've brought my snow blower here for a couple of times. The service was and the turn around was excellent. Anytime I have small engine needs this will always be my go to place great environment, and I love the new place.
