  They do a great job! What I really appreciate are the little things. We have a fence blocked off with some stones because we have a puppy and there’s a gap there. I forgot to mention it, but they came in and mowed and then put the stones back even nicer than we had them!

  I used Main Street mowing last year and cancelled to go with a cheaper alternative (NextDoor). Poor decision! I was glad Main Street was able to get me back on the schedule and they have been on time every week as they have always been! Highly recommend!!

  COMPANY MOTO- ANY CUSTOMER WHO COMPLAINS GETS CANCELLED. We were happy that they came every Friday like clock work(Rain or shine), but when we had to replace around 5 new sprinkler heads and a week later 3 more were broken we shared our concerns. The owner reluctantly fixed the sprinkler heads and definitely let my husband know he would do but didn't believe it was his responsibility or fault. Then the owner, Tanner turned right around and cancelled our service for a bogus reason.......stating that he sent multiple emails to change our water times thus they could no longer service our lawn.His response that he had been asking us to change water times for 3 weeks is simply not true. TWO emails(we only received one); no phone calls, no notes on door, no text. When I shared with him we corrected that after the first email we got he said it our service could not be reinstated. We are on autopay, never had a billing issue, never reported a concern with the weekly mow although there were times we could have. I would have had more respect if he straight up told us our lawn was just not big enough, or he has gotten too big, or he wouldn't replace any sprinklers in future. In summary, basically never bring a concern to this company, just save the hassle and get a new lawn company. Business must be really good for him, he doesn't need new clients. Take note of that.

  Clients are very important here at Main Street Mowing. However it is our responsibility to maintain great morale with the crew that serves each property. After three weeks with no response asking the client to turn off the sprinklers on the morning of our service, we decided to cancel this client because our crew was having to work eight hours with wet feet. The sprinkler system at this property would go off at 7 AM and we service this property at 8 AM.
