We've been using Three Kings for more than two years for our weekly mowing in summer and spotty mowing during the off months. Our relationship is sometimes an up and down one; they do what they say, but sometimes it's what we expect (ruts, grass in pool). I suspect it's because it's hard to find help, and rainy weather can really challenge their schedules. BUT this week I had them come out and weed the garden border of our back fence -- a task I cannot do myself any more. The price was reasonable, the guys were very respectful and efficient, and they did a great job. I would gladly recommend them for this type of work. Ashley was very accommodating with my schedule, and I'm thankful for that!

I have used Three Kings for many years. I have been pleased with all of their services and their knowledge. I recently had a very large pool/cabana project done and asked Three Kings to design some type of landscaping around the pool. Ashley was very helpful and came up with a 3 tiered stone flower bed on one side of the pool. How did it turn out? Gorgeous!!! Ashley then helped me come up with ideas for plants for the flower beds, needless to say......it turned out beautifully. Allen was in charge of all of the manual labor and knew exactly how to place the plants for the best look. Allen as well as Ashley are great assets to the company. They both helped my vision come to life and I couldn't be more pleased. THANK YOU Three Kings!!

I am really sorry to have to type this because I thought I was calling a reputable enough company to get a good result. They have lots of great reviews and are all over the area. It started when I called them in March to see about getting a fairly decent size clean up and new plantings because of the freeze. The front desk was very professional and came out and looked and made suggestions, etc. Also she did let me know that plants are hard to come by so it could be a couple weeks. I paid for half of the job up front as required when the estimate came. In the first couple weeks there was great communications and calls to let me know the status. Near the end of the two weeks I was beginning to realize that this was not going as well as I expected but I still understood that the plants were the problem. Also their stump grinder was out of commission. I finally started getting frustrated when I called them for an update and they said they would be out mother's day week, when we would be out of town. I asked that we just forget the plants (since that was the problem) and instead just get it cleaned up...or skip anything they couldn't get and write up a new estimate so we could just get off their books. They said they couldn't do that. I know I asked about that several times when I talked with them but once the estimate was signed I was stuck. After some back and forth they came out that day got all the dead plants out. I had to be the complaining squeaky wheel to get attention. After that, crickets until June. I got a call and an email near the 3rd. They were still having problems with the stump grinder and some of the plants. I let her know at that time I was really disgusted and I just wanted this to be over with. After much discussion I let her know I did not even want them to come out until I knew there would be a discount and they knew there would be a poor review. I had to say that before anyone other than the front desk called me. I spoke with a different guy and I let him know how frustrating this was and that I had tried to work different things out just to be shut down. He told me they could have done other things, it was just the plant supply chain that was so bad. I said for me, there was terrible communication and no way for me to change the order to make it something different that they could deliver. As we spoke he said they were already on their way that day out to my house (even when I had been told earlier there was a problem still). So around 3:00 p.m. three guys showed up and brought tiny plants with them. I ordered 3 gallon spirea and I will attach the pictures below. Many of the plants were barely put in the ground and some have already died. I will attach pictures of those as well. As I said, I called them because I expected a good experience but got anything but. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I can not recommend. One more thing, this is the only bad review I have ever posted that I felt needed to be done because of the lack of communication and lack of concern to make a job go right.
