  Miguel and MH Landscaping did a fantastic job. I had a very large concrete driveway, 2 car side slab, front walk and back patio poured (by a different company) and had a lot of fill and top soil needed around to properly grade everything. I also wanted a fire pit area and small walk way done. His prices were very reasonable and the job was done in 1 day. I would highly recommended MH. Thanks! David Eichstaedt

  If you have a big project, such as seeding and grading 2 acres for a new construction home, stay clear of this company. The first red flag was the owner was supposed to come at 9 a.m. and look/walk our property for an estimate. He never showed up and didn’t bother to call until later that day. The second red flag is my homeowners association wanted drawings of their landscape design/plan for my property. Miguel, the owner, said they do not have a way to provide drawings, even though their website clearly states, they work closely with an architect. The third red flag is they advertise that they install concrete sidewalks and driveways. That too was a lie! They do not, but ask another company to do that part. Lots of false advertising going on with this shady company. I wanted to give them a chance because 10 years ago this same company seeded my 0.18 acre lot and did a good job. My homeowners association did approve them to do the landscaping, with just a description of the plan and not a design after persuading them that they do good work. It took these guys over a month to finish the job. After the first week of working, the owner asked for half of the bill be paid. I paid him half and he told me that on Monday they would be back. Monday came, they never showed or bothered to call. The weather was hot and dry. It never rained over the weekend either, nor did it until Wednesday. They promised to come on 3 occasions, without a call. Some weeks we didn’t see them at all or got a simple call. They brought kids to work that looked to be 10/11 years old and younger. One was driving a tractor that they used to spray weeds and maybe lay the seed. One day there were 3 kids at my residence with them, in the way when I am trying to get in/out of my driveway. Is this part of the reason my yard looks how it does because an inexperienced kid was doing the work part of the time? They should ask or tell me kids would be coming. I certainly don’t bring my kids to work. Please see the pictures of my lawn. It looks horrible. It floods when it rains. Miguel was given our lot’s land survey per his request, on the day he came to do our estimate, with the property’s elevations listed so he knew how much top soil was needed and in what areas. He clearly didn’t bring enough or put the soil in the areas they needed it the most. We have so many bare spots, as well as ruts running down my lawn. Could the ruts be from them driving their heavy equipment on my property when it was raining on the last day when they were trying to finish? Their tire tracks still mark my lawn by the ditch. Our shrubs and plants were brought over and not planted for almost a week. They were dry and of very low quality. Some died and never returned this year. Take a look at the pictures provided. The owner was emailed and my husband texted him about the flooding, etc and he said he would be over to look at it. That was September of 2019. He never showed up like he said or answered my email. I live in a beautiful neighborhood and have the worst yard in the whole subdivision. I regret hiring this landscaping company and now will end up putting a lot more money into fixing their negligence.
