  I hired Luke for snow removal. They were supposed to be here by 7 AM since I run a business. Some days they didn’t show up. The one really big snow we did have they didn’t come in till 1 PM. Today I got a cancellation because I had a car at the side of my driveway. Would not recommend their services!

  Dear Jamie, I'm sorry to hear about your poor experience. We always do our best to service all of our clients in a timely manner. However, when there is an above average snow fall, it does take our resources longer than usual to service our properties. Not to mention, we included a discount on one of your recent invoices due to "They didn't come in till 1 pm." As you are aware, we do not control the weather. We have always made sure your "home-based business" has been serviced per your signed contract at the beginning of the snow season. We have also gone above and beyond to send out additional resources to your property when required. This includes more than two visits this season when more than one vehicle was parked in the driveway. We had reached out to your business 30 minutes prior to our resources arriving to your property and upon arrival the vehicles were still in your driveway preventing access to service your property. Thank you.

  Cleared snow from our driveway in the last storm. Awesome service, was cleared in a timely manner before I had to leave for work in the morning. Always on time & pricing is awesome..Thank You
