  They were quick to help us with a clog that we just couldn’t figure out (it was sending water into the basement). Took the time to get it sorted out and sure glad it wasn’t our septic system quitting on us. Great service and great folks. Even earned ourselves a ribbon while we were at it.

  As a first time homeowner, you take on a long list of first-times of repairs and services that need to be done when buying a house. My experience with Honey Septic was more than I could ask for. I recently closed on a house and called Honey Septic to have my septic tank pumped via recommendation of our inspection. With the holidays and calling mid-day, I thought this would be something that would be scheduled a week or two in advance. To my surprise, Ed and his staff were able to come out same day, answer all the questions I had about the tank, when I should have this re-done in the future, etc. He even gave me a quick walk through via his inspection of the tank and drain field once drained. Amazing communication, great service and would recommend to any of my friends, family and neighbors! As a Northwood Alumni, it was also great to learn that this company has ties to the university as well! Will only give Honey Septic my business from here on out.
