Went to self check out and a guy named Andy was working it. My fiancé asked about using his military discount and Andy was extremely rude. Told us that Lowes doesn’t do military discount even though we all know they do. Made our check out experience very frustrating and definitely not how you help customers. Disrespectful

It took a few months, but we finally received our Range. Alex at the store and the delivery men, Daniel was one, were prompt and professional. I understand supply chain problems. Just keep us updated.

This store is almost always a mess. Stuff all over the place, in the aisles, blocking everything. I REALLY hate going here. But it's the closest big hardware store, and the South Burlington store isn't really much better, so I just struggle through.

Horrible customer service, I called to find out about my home delivery and I was immediately told I had to call a third party delivery service. In trying to explain to the CS rep she went on to hang up the phone on me... Totally unacceptable and unprofessional..  I will never shop at this location again.

I love this Lowe's. They make sure when you buy a plant, that you know how to safely take it home without it dying. Also, found the best aloe plant to go in my Groot pot. 😍 Their selection of plants varies, but if you love bamboo like I do, they have a great selection in January/February.  Moreover, they cut some fiberglass for my coffee table today and it looks fantastic!

Nice place to grab stuff that comes in handy for home improvement went there today to buy some old time slider locks for the front and back door

I went to lowes after researching prices at lowes and Home Depot. Home Depot was cheaper by $70 for the 2 appliances I was purchasing but went to lowes bc of the price match guarantee. When I asked “Josh” about the price match he became very nasty and said, repeatedly, that they don’t price match. When I told him that it says they do on the website, he responded that he is a supervisor and aggressively repeated that they don’t price match. Well okay, supervisor “Josh”, thanks to your outstanding customer service, I went to HOME DEPOT, where the prices are better and the service is much more professional. Good job saving your company $70 - I spent $900 at HOME DEPOT!! And I’m including photos of your price match guarantee…which you say doesn’t exist.

Consistent disappointing experiences. Their lack of communitive knowledge as a team is shockingly lacking. We understand that due to the current economic conditions supply chain and staffing can be extremely trying. With that in mind, we just spent 5 months being patient with them as they worked out order kinks, delays, and updates. Now, we are just done. The constant passing around via phone/being told the wrong information by in store associates has turned us off to Lowes and because of that, we will no longer be giving them our business.

It's like a store inside but it's big and full of hardware like some sort of store for building and hardware supplies.
I didn't get stabbed here so that's kewl

I made the mistake of ordering lumber for a workbench and having them deliver it. Yep. They picked out the junk reject wood and dropped it off.
