  I would like to rate higher overall. This is a basic average. I'm really tired of getting so called help from associates that obviously don't like the job they applied for. When I check supplies before I enter, I understand that the numbers maybe off a little. I ask a paint associate to help find a color that wasn't on the shelf, their site for the location lists 118 cans available today. He simply looked across the shelf, same as I had previously done before asking for help. There were 50+ cases of the brand on the top shelf to check, he simply says, there's none here, and basically refused to check stock. Please, if you don't want to work your present job, get another. Someone is willing to do it properly. This has happened three times in my last two visits over different departments.

  We found a very helpful employee who keyed in the the item we were looking for on his phone. He was able to tell us they were out of stock in that store and offered to help us locate a store that had the item available! We were very grateful for his assistance, as we both have issues with our backs, and walking is difficult for us.

  There was one gift set that I was looking at that did not have a price on the box or the shelf. Luckily a store associate quickly found the price for me. When I went to look at drills, they were understandably locked up. Again, it was easy to find an associate to help me. All of the employees seemed to be very friendly and willing to help.
