I purchase a new 325G fully loaded. This machine has been nothing but trouble purchase in June 2021 been in shop 4 different times each time it's down over two weeks some time long I pay a very nice payment that is hard to make when machine stay down

Pros: I got the tractor I ordered Cons: Poor customer service, absent after sale I recently bought a tractor in Greenwood. Service was fine up to the point of sale, when I was told the tractor would be ready in 7-10 days. My salesman did not initiate any contact or conversation regarding the delays and, 3 weeks later, my tractor arrived. It did not have a full tank of gas as promised, I was not provided a full demonstration of the features, several minor components were absent (hydraulic valve caps/covers), and the manuals were wet and falling apart. Just really seemed like they didn't care about me after they made the sale. No complaints about the tractor, however.

I went there with every intention of purchasing a new machine. I called back in the afternoon with a question. The salesman said he was outside but would call back in five minutes. I waited two days with no callback.....drove to Anderson, met very professional sales rep....hour later drove home with 915e. Customer service counts folks!
