  I have never had a worse experience buying an appliance in my life. We ordered a dishwasher for delivery 2 and a half weeks before the delivery date we set. We received a confirmation email that day and a phone call 2 days before the item was supposed to be delivered and they said they would be there on the day we chose between 12-4. We waited around and then called customer service at 4:30 and sat there on the phone for almost an hour. The person we talked to said that they couldn’t find our dishwasher and instead of telling us this morning they just didn’t show up. She spoke to the store manager and they said they found it so we told them to cancel the delivery and we would just pick it up ourselves. Show up and have to wait for 2 hours for them to finally find the dishwasher. Thought they would at least be apologetic or something but no, the store manager was horrible. We will never buy appliances from Lowe’s again.

  I wish I had gotten this ladies name . There was a younger girl in the flowers that greeted me as I came up in the flowers. She was so sweet and knew exactly where the air filters were. I found them but couldn't figure out how much. So the checkout inside was so sweet to price check. And it was a great price. I saved $10 per filter.
