  Customer service are so slow and they have 3 people working. And I’m still in-line. I have time to write this review that’s how long they are taking. I’m still waiting. I had to edit this review because I’m still waiting. The product I order online wasn’t ready it’s still at the back. Now I’m just here waiting. Can you believe that. I should put their names here but don’t want to get people in trouble. So Lowes just get the customer service in check. No wonder Home Depot always busy people don’t want to wait too long in customer service. And I’m still waiting. Waiting still. An associate is getting my product at the back.

  What can I say about Lowe’s I’ve been here 1 million times for all their offerings from paint to hardware to that last minute thing it’s relatively well organized and not too hard to find a place I haven’t slipped on a banana peel in this establishment in over five years so I say I say this this is a safe place to go shopping if you have a fear of slipping on banana peels I also enjoy the gardening section I find a lot of my pottery and planting surprise of supplies there for the for the for the for the spring beyond that I’d say a five-star experience each and every time I had keys made today give me an extra sure they worked and what else do you want when you have keys you want them to work fantastic would recommend

  Employee of lowes 2732. Timothy. I was injured by a metal sanitizing cabinet by the main exit of the store. The wheels underneath the cabinet were not supported at all and more importantly it was filled with sanitizer product. My hands were occupied at the moment of a trash cart and a dolley from helping a customer. Within the moment that this happened two mangers were by the exit chatting. Obviously everyone saw but did nothing. One of the mangers came to help pick up the cabinet and the other one that was chatting with him walked away like he saw nothing. Was this right or wrong? I wasn't taken to the office or anything. No instant injury report, nothing at all. Just the common phrase " are you alright? " but above all I wasn't supposed to walk off. This time frame was from 1:00pm to 1:38pm. March 25th on a Friday.👍 (photos kept as proof) "Amazing event for me. "
