Saturday night at 6. Only 2 self checkouts are open. 100 people in line. Cashiers at customer service just standing around.  Why open up a register? This manager should be fired.  Worst home depot EVER!

Pretty decent for a hardware store. However the search for something small is usually harder because online their maps about where things are is not updated and some of the staff do not know where to point you at the registers unless they find somebody who's working the floor. So when we found somebody who was working the floors they pointed Us in one direction and we actually ended up finding what we needed on our own opposite of where we were pointed to. So I think if there's just a little more care and what we're actually looking for and more floor people protected with masks because the person we talked to did not have a mask there will be a better customer experience.

One check out for a Home Depot in the 5th largest city in America. This is unacceptable. Avoid this store like the plague unless you want to wait hours in line.

I always dread Shopping for at this location.  It I took my chance because it was close. Ordered the item on the 13th and ended up going into the store on the 17th only for the associate to say they didn’t have the item in stock. She didn’t say that they had the item but just a different color. She completely said they didn’t have the item. I went  down the aisle only to find the same item (in a different color), same price and everything. I just feel that that training should be conducted more.

So many things bad with this store. It socks this is the most convenient location for all the work I do. I always do order pickup to keep from having to stand in the RIDICULOUSLY long lines. Self check out is never open, and the never enough cashiers. Online ordering isn't any better because their stocks are never accurate and pieces get canceled constantly. Even with online orders it takes forever, even though their claim is order ready in 2 hours. I'll place an order that I need to pickup in 2 days instead, to still come and have to wait. Tried calling ahead but no one ever answers the phone...EVER! Not surprising though because when you're in line at the store you just hear the phone ringing to no end. Employees don't seem very knowledgeable. I assume home depot hires and training is subpar. I've requested a manager many times, but the manager never seems to be in....or maybe there is no manager. That would make sense looking at all the chaos. Not sure how any manager can view their business and be ok with any of this.
I write this review as I wait in line.....been here for 30 minutes....
