  I love this store! Veterans get 10% off as well. I needed to make, yes make a small saw for cutting copper clad board for my electronics hobby. I make circuit boards with a laser. LOWES had a less expensive, but nice jig saw that I used up side down. See photos. I have larger woodworking equipment but it would be very dangerous to cut small items with them. In this project, the jig saw is mounted upside-down, see red blade sticking up? The masonite lever adjusts a cam which adjusts the speed of the blade. This is not the intended use of this tool, so if you try this, I am not responsible for your injuries. The blade is very easy to change. This tool is AC powered. I did not cut into or damage the jig saw. Thank You.

  Lowe's is my go-to store for light fixtures I need immediately. Decent selection. Employees are very nice and helpful.

  I was looking for a fireplace tv stand. I wanted to order one and have it assembled. I'm not mechanically inclined. The customer service team said they don't assemble fireplaces. I had called they say they did. Then I noticed a sample on the floor. I asked if I may purchase that one. They had to make sure no r were ordered so I could. I asked was this ever tested. They said no. I'm taking a chance . I asked for a discount since it was a sample. I got 10 percent off. I asked to have it delivered. They gave me a discount on that. Question shouldn't they test it to make sure it works,? I got the warranty just in case. Overall I'm happy. But testing it, knowing if assembly is possible , there is just a lot of different information coming from employees
