Great service and awesome products. The wood pellets I love are made in New Mexico for the same price as other places.  They even help you load them in your vehicle!

The crew that came to our house to do the artificial turf installation was outstanding! Their professionalism and courteousness were above and beyond what I uncoils have imagined. The yard looks absolutely stunning!!!! They took the time to make sure it looks perfect but we’re fast and efficient too!  I was Leary at first about how artificial turf might look but I have never been happier!!! Thank you so much to the whole crew for all you did!

I went because I was told by phone they had short lengths of RR ties. She even read the lengths they carried--supposedly. No short ties. So I purchased 2 large bags of the compost Back To Earth and it's mostly sticks!! so dont bother. Price was good but not planting soil. Help was polite but mostly a disappointing waste of time.

Way more than just sprinklers at Just Sprinklers, what I really like about this place over the big box stores is the friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable customer assistance and, so far, they have had what I needed in stock.

It took over a month to get an appointment with Just Sprinklers so they could come out and give me an estimate for a drip irrigation system for my backyard. Neighbors just had Just Sprinklers deliver some flagstone  on my street that same day. Unfortunately, after calling to confirm the appointment yesterday morning an estimator failed to show up between 1 and 5pm. This was even after calling part way into that time to get an update. I was assured someone would be there and they would even call or text on the way in case I needed to run a quick errand.

Here's why I'm especially angry: I called today to reschedule and give them another chance. The scheduling clerk informs me that it'll cost $350 to come out just to give me an ESTIMATE which a month ago was a free consultation when I scheduled.

What an unethical business practice!! Contracting 101: Bids for a job are almost always free of charge and anyone trying to bill you for a visit to evaluate your job even before you sign a contract is just flat out unprofessional. If anything I could see a nominal  fee for an appointment visit, like someone coming to service your air conditioner to diagnose the problem, if it came with a formal written proposal complete with  materials cost and was pre-disclosed upon setting the appointment time.

They will roll the $350 if you go with them, I was told, but that feels to me like an attempt to discourage someone from getting other bids... The clerk I spoke with never even apologized for their no-show and wasting my time. I will never choose to use Just Sprinklers for any of my landscaping needs.
