  The Pacoima store is usually well stocked and if you are patient, eventually someone will help you. The staff seems somewhere between overwhelmed and disconnected. My last visit was good as I got assistance to choose DIY blinds and had them cut to size. I also found a couple of small tools I needed.

  If you are buying a major appliance stay away from this place. Unless you are picking up yourself I do not recommend their delivery service at all. It is done through a 3rd party company with no way to schedule at your own convenience but at what they want. Only an answering machine and prompts with no way to talk to a living person. And when you call the store they will say: "sorry but we have no control over the delivery". Better just do not sell a major appliance then. I just canceled and bought somewhere else. Bye bye Lowe's.

  Helpful staff ,went to pick up some saw blades for my lil project and also found a awesome deal on 4' ladder I've actually need for only 25$ can't beat that
