      Seriously? That many people on payroll and it takes a manager on site to motivate anyone to answer a customer service call. Then the guy cutting lumber could not successfully cut a 2x4 in half? OMG. The other option is Home Depot and self check out. Please, someone, bring back a customer oriented lumber store.
