I haven’t spent allot of money here, just a few chains and saw parts. But each time I visit, they take the time to come up with a solution that fits my needs. This is very uncommon in retail today. I now understand why so many who shop here are customers for life. The combined experience and knowledge of the staff sets this business apart from big box stores. Impressive!

My son had helped me decide on the mower. The lady who help me was so sweet and nice because I so not like spending money. She was so patience. I appreciate everything and thank you for the mug and those delicious cookies.

Been doing tree work for 21 yrs, I’ve used all types of tree saws for climbing. Came here and bought a small Echo pro series tree saw to do a little climbing. Took the customer service reps a while to even help me because I was torn between 2 different saws. Bought the saw I needed and while doing some tree work, the handle of the saw came completely off of the saw. When I took it back to this place to be fixed under warranty, they said that this wasn’t covered under the warranty because I dropped the saw out of a tree. I looked at the man and asked him was he on the job with me when this happened, and of course no response. I told him how could he know what had happened. I then commenced to tell him that I have been doing tree work for 21 years and have pulled and even dropped saws and never had the top of a saw come apart like this. He still charged me instead of honoring the warranty as he should’ve and on top of this was very rude from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked up the saw. I was also told it wouldn’t take but a couple of days to get my saw fixed. It took nearly 3 weeks to get my saw back because they had lost the paperwork from where I brought it to be repaired. The guy that checked my saw in was upset because he had to get up from the table he was sitting at to help me. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. First time I ever used the place and it will be the last!!!!!!!

Mr. Dubreuiel, warranties for units cover manufacturer defects and only manufacturer defects. We can only file for warranty repairs for units that qualify under that premise. You informed us when you brought your saw in for repair that the handle came off when you "got it stuck in a tree and yanked it out." This is an unfortunate situation, but not one that is covered under warranty as it was broken due to improper usage. We stand by our products, and Echo is one of the best in the business. Of all the units of that saw we have sold, we have never seen the issue that you had. This is additional evidence to the fact that this is not something that was a manufacturer defect but due to your own negligence on the job. We understand that accidents happen. It is unfortunate, but happens as I'm sure you've seen in your twenty-one year tenure. We are always happy to honor any true warranty repairs and will always speak honestly with our customers about what the manufacturers will and will not cover.
