  We have used Grassroots based on the recommendation of our landscape company. Tried them for about a year, but saw no noticeable difference in our yard. I still have tons of weeds, bare spots, crabgrass, and mushrooms everywhere. I know most of their clients love them, but they didn't work out for us. So, I canceled our service last month,

  Grassroots is quick to reply to my concerns when issues with my lawn pop up. They will come back out as well to make sure things like tough weeds are actually gone! Plus they send a detailed report on ways I can help improve my lawn. Great customer service and I refer them to all my friends and family!
