  Do NOT use this company! Believe the other one stars reviews. Our townhome HOA hired this Longspeak to maintain our common area grounds (lawn, sprinklers, trees, bushes, weeds, leaves, etc.). Sure, they cut the grass, but they failed to do anything else. We spent hours reviewing the issues the Matt Hendricks (our account manager), who lied to us about billing and services. We have damages to our property in areas due to under watering and over watering. Our water bill was four times what it should due to running the sprinklers for hours. We contracted to have quarterly sprinkler audits there were never done. These people are crooks

  For some reason they park directly in front of residences and block 3 private residences with their 30ft trailer and truck when there is a vast amount of parking along side the buildings for larger vehicles and where they would not be blocking people's private residence. Their employees give dirty looks and pull there riding mowers within less than a foot off people's bumpers if they attempt to park in front of there own property. The guys waste time walking in circles blowing leave into private fenced yards, I guess they dont care where they make a mess as long as it's not the areas they are responsible for. I do not recommend this business

  I hired Longs Peak to install a sprinkler system and small paver patio in my backyard. The crew: Manuel, Eduardo G, and Francisco were absolutely wonderful to work with. They arrived on time, were very polite and respectful to us and our property, and very diligent about keeping the gates and door closed for our 2 dogs so they did not get out. The work was done so fast and of very good quality. I am so pleased to finally have an irrigation system and a patio! Highly recommended!!
