  I contacted Sav A Tree in September for several large trees that needed to be trimmed. The first team of arborist stood around in my backyard throwing string into the tree to bring down small dead branches. After an hour he told me he wasn't qualified to do the work. They requested that we move our hot tub to avoid damage from the tree trimming. A few weeks later, Dan the arborist did an excellent job removing MOST of the tree. He told me he didn't have the correct equipment to remove the tree trunk (about 6ft tall). Sine then Mike Masters has made multiple appointments to finish the job. THEY HAVE CANCELLED 5 TIMES!!! They had a no call/no show. I called and spoke with the office manager Jennifer a few weeks ago to complain. She admitted this wasn't the way they like to do business. She said she would make it right. The tree trunk is still waiting. I still have dead branches over my house and I miss my hot tub. I still have not be contacted to complete the work AND I JUST GOT BILLED FOR THE WORK THEY HAVEN'T COMPLETED! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. UPDATE: It's Feb 9th and still waiting for the work to be completed. I just received a phone call from Candi, at the Firestone office, telling me that my bill from the work completed in December is past due. I'm attaching pictures that I took today of the dead tree branches over my home. They're trying to collect on an invoice for work that has not been completed. UPDATE: It's the middle of MARCH. I was asked to wait for the crew to get a special lift. They only trimmed 2/3rds of the tree. There was no explanation from the crew left just left it. Jacob, the Regional Manager has been in constant contact to try and correct the situation. He has remained pleasant and professional, even when I have not. I appreciate all the efforts he is going thru to rectify the problems.

  Jessie is amazing and has great customer service. She performed an annual tree service when I was not home. She left a very detailed note explaining what she did and why she did it and was super friendly in the note..it’s hard to explain, but just by reading the message that she left, I can tell she takes pride in her job and taking care of her customers. This company is great and I have always had a very positive experience with them. Everyone to the customer service reps, billing department, techs that come to the house, and even the arborist that checks on my tree. Everyone here is outstanding..this branch of save a tree must be doing something right… you can tell when there is good employees, the upper management must be taking care of them and making them happy since they all do such great work in their jobs. Thank you everyone at Firestone Save A Tree!!!!

  Josh and his crew of tree trimmers did a great job on our 2 large ash trees. The trees look and I don't have to worry about the limbs that were hanging over my roof. They did a great job of cleaning up the branches and twigs that fell in the grassy areas. The were all very polite and professional. Thanks again Josh David for a great job
