  Leon is a life saver !! Had my skid steer go down and wasn’t turning on or moving . Leon came out same day to diagnose and by next day late in the day he had it fixed ! Worked after hours just to get me back up and going in a very large job . Home owner was also pleased that I had Leon on my team to ensure we had little to no down time . Leon did a whole service too changing out oil , fuel filters , air filters the whole 9 yards ! Fixed a compactor and my mini skid steer almost instantly on the spot other than having to run to get parts . And now again to fixing my mini skid steer because bobcat of Houston couldn’t do their job right in the first place but now that Leon has repaired it I feel confident that this will do it . His pricing is always fair and does what he says he will do . Even recommended to my other landscape friends that have a fairly sized company to take care of their fleet as well . Thanks again Leon your very much appreciated!!

  I’m Leon’s Repair service was a recommendation from one of my neighbors, but has honestly been a headache a nightmare every since I brought any of my machines to them. The first Item was my father’s weed eater. It was supposed to be a simple look over but in return keeping it for a week and half while still doing nothing to it and still charging a service fee. The second time was a small engine service (Go Kart). The only reason for me attempting to go back was because my father’s equipment was still there. Mr. Leon provide my a verbal quote while promising same day service and stated: “It didn’t need much of anything, worst case scenario $150 bucks for a new battery and carburetor cleaning.” I knew something was wrong when he began to avoid phones and text messages (which was done in my fathers case also). AFTER 3 DAYS OF AVOIDING PHONE/TEXT CALLS. He finally called and stated: “Everything is ready your total is $360!” Mr. Leon never answered and contacted me before doing any of the work. Especially knowing after this statement “Nothing was really needed”. I was highly upset and went to pick it up, and now find out someone else’s battery is still installed on the cart. Mr. Leon stated: “Don’t worry just take it I’ll deliver your brand new battery to you later after 5pm. It was left in another vehicle.” As you would assume another let down and disappointment happened. He never showed up that day or the one after. But instead he called on day 2 to request and suggest if I could now drive to his establishment across town again to swap the two batteries. Worst customer service ever! He even stated to me HE WAS AVOIDING THE OTHER CUSTOMER because I had their battery he utilized for testing other products smh. I finally told Mr. Leon I felt his actions were unprofessional, unsatisfactory, with horrible customer service and communication. I told him I would definitely be leaving a review. And he replied “ He didn’t care do whatever I wanted it’s his business” Please stay away from here. Thanks

  I called to have my generator serviced the gentleman brought the generator back turned it on for <3 minutes shut it off and then left he he has now refused to answer my calls once I informed him that that the motor does not work at work here we are 5 month7ths later no one will return my calls Every now and again someone will respond to text and assure me they are on the way and never shows. I informed them that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and they simply responded OK as if it did not matter they have their money and they have what they need it I definitely will not recommend this service if you cannot fix what you say you are going to fix it is OK to let someone know and you do not have to collect their money.IAM POSITIVE I called the correct shop. I have your card also the text messages that show you acknowledge you did not fix issue and you wanted to come back to avoid a refund. I just got off the phone with you. I also just text messages you. You said you did not care if I left a review. Clearly you care. You took my money and did not fix issue. I just noticed the other low rank reviews are reporting the exact same problem. Now how is this a coincidence. It's been several months maybe 5 I've been waiting. Asked for refund and he has been stringing me along since. Marco even responded to my text as if he could care less. Full of excuses no results
