  Paul was awesome to work with he showed up on time to give us a quote. When we got our bill it was under what he quoted us. He was really able to turn our property around.

  Ledebuhr plowed my commercial parking lot last year. This property has a coffee shop that needs to be plowed by 5:00 AM, a financial advisor and a healthcare provider. Last year they did a great job. This year they emailed us a new contract, the afternoon before our first snow storm with a rate increase of 33-38%. Then they didn't show up to plow during the storm. After the storm we had three businesses trying to operate and a 47 stall parking lot covered in 4 inches of snow. When I called Paul the owner to ask why they hadn't plowed he said it was because I didn't sign the new contract. He said my old contract had ended (there was no term listed on the contract). When I asked why he didn't have the courtesy to get me the contract earlier, he said he forgot. Ledebuhr's business practices are unprofessional, unreliable, and unethical.

  Hello, we had tried calling back to reschedule just never heard anything back. Also we did end up servicing the property.
