  This is one of the most disrespectful men I have ever had the task of interacting with. He repeatedly calls demanding me to clear the lot for snow removal (which is not my responsibility in the first place), but doesn't show up to plow until HOURS later and will only continue if every single car has moved. If not, he calls back and is unprofessional, rude, and demanding. He not only acts this way toward his PAYING CUSTOMERS, but random civilians as well. Why anyone would willingly give this man their money for anything is beyond me. I'm positive I can find someone who does not yell at or berate us to plow our lot in the future.
