  Terrible service! 1 mow and then when the next mow was to take place, crew cancelled the day of. Was told by the automated email about the cancellation not to worry, that they had another crew that would fulfill the service date and were going to reach out. Didn’t hear anything and called / emailed customer service and no answer. Customer service finally returned call 3 days later and then told me again not to worry new crew was going to reach out in 2 days. Next day I get an email from a rep my account was cancelled because there was no longer crews in my area. Pathetic. Huge thumbs down 👎

  Please pay attention to the reviews. This company is TRASH. They put you on autopay and NEVER show. We’ve been in our house since April and they’ve shown up like 3 or 4 times. We signed up for biweekly front and back lawn and at first, they showed up regularly but as the weeks went by we started noticing more and more that the back yard was getting skipped. Eventually they stopped showing all together but we kept getting text message notifications that they’d cut our grass! TRASH COMPANY with unethical employees. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!

  The do not show up and good luck getting a live person, you will be emailing bots back and forth. My lawn has been rescheduled 5 times this year by them not showing up. They will also charge you a $99 tall grass fee if your lawn is too tall! If they would had shown up Whalen they were scheduled my lawn wouldn’t be tall. Now I’m dealing with a jungle and have finally decided to go ahead and call a different company. I will not recommend lawnstarters to anyone. Very disappointing company.
