  We have used Lawn Care by Walter for years. The first lawn treatment of 2021, they burnt our lawn and they won't take responsibility for it. We asked them to come out and see the damage. They told my husband that it was snow mold! We had snow mold a couple of years ago. It was around an area that doesn't get much sun. Our whole lawn has burnt lines. It looks like their equipment was not spreading evenly. Really upsets me that after years of service, they will not take responsibility for their mistake. We all make mistakes, but how you handle it tells the whole story. I wouldn't recommend Lawn Care by Walters if that is the way they handle a mistake and treat their customers.
