  Car battery dead. Snow blower on strike. Stuck at work dreading having to shovel the first wet/heavy snowfall of the season when I get home. Suddenly I got a text from my wife saying one of your drivers saw her shoveling as they passed by and just took care of it for us. Wished her a good day and was off again. Too often acts of kindness go unacknowledged but I couldn't let that happen this time. Thank you!
