  I will never bring my lawn tractor there again! A week after it was picked up by Krays, I called to ask what news on repairs. I got a short "havent touched it." answer. I didnt hear from them for another 5 WEEKS when I called again, this time I insisted on knowing why it was there that long. The lady that answers the phone said the mechanic would call me back......3 days later, still no call back. I called again, this time ready to demand my equipment be returned, and I was told it was on the table being looked at. So i asked that I be called when a diagnosis was reached. A week later I get a call saying it was done.....no call to inform me of what repairs were needed or cost involved. 347.00 later, AND IT LEAKS MORE HYDRO FLUID NOW THAN IT DID WHEN I SENT IT TO THEM. Not to mention the sigh the person that answered the phone gives almost every time I called. And I was very polite. It was like it was a burden for them to have to do business with people. I will drive 100 miles to another repair service before I ever return there. I have done business there before, and was not happy.....but because of a lack of other repair shops around here, I went back. No more. Update...1st snow since "repairs"....the tractor has the same issues it had before I took it to Krays......so nothing got fixed.

  If I could give no stars I would but the only way to leave a review is to Atleast give 1 star. I was in Krays this morning , just to look around and see what kind of bird seeds they had. Haven’t been in there in years so I figured I would stop in. When I got in there I heard a man yelling and as I walked around I saw this older man with glasses in this woman’s face screaming at her with his finger pointing and almost touching her forehead. At first I thought maybe it was two customers having words but after a moment or two I realized it was an employee screaming at her. She kept asking him to please step away from her and she asked him To stop screaming at her. It was apparent that the customer was trying to discuss a job that was performed there on some kind tractor or lawnmower and he obviously didn’t like hearing that the work wasn’t up to par. I found out that it was in fact an employee but not just an employee it was the owner because an employee said that he was and was so apologetic to the fact that he was behaving that way and I heard him even say something about he’s quick tempered. I could not believe i witnessed that, and to find out that it was the actual owner treating and speaking to a customer in that manner, and a female customer at that , was just unprofessional and unacceptable. Needless to say, I didn’t spend a penny in there, I left.
