  I'm currently snowed in and they are the top result when googling plow in Ashtabula OH. They say they're no longee accepting new clients and don't know anyone else that plows they should have their license revoked

  Hi Paul, You did call in twice after hours. Had you not hung up on me I would have further explained that on the tail end of day two in a snowstorm it would be irresponsible and unfair to our crew members to add more to their work loads. While we do appreciate being the first company to pop up when you googled, please also understand that being the first on the list does not mean we are responsible for taking on every potential customer that calls in. While we do appreciate your consideration of our company we have to consider our crew members safety and over extending their routes puts them at risk, and that is not a risk we are willing to take to expand our client list. Furthermore, I did not say I didn't know of any other plow companies, I said I didn't know of any other companies with availability. We wish you the best and hope you were able to find help.

  This was my first season trying out MC Lawncare and I wanted to give an honest review by listing the Pro’s and Cons of my experience. Pros: 1. Their customer service was top notch. I primarily spoke with Amber and she was very kind and professional. 2. The team honored their bi-weekly schedule. 3. Their pricing is reasonable. Cons: 1. The workers often came unannounced and didn’t show up on the day they were scheduled to come. 2. My lawn didn’t look any better than when I tried to cut it myself. In fact, several neighbors stated that it didn’t look cut at all. I had a new Lawncare guy come by the day after MC had been to my home and he laughed at their “work”. I’ve since hired him and my lawn looks amazing. It actually looks professionally maintained. 3. They didn’t complete the Spring Cleaning yet I was charged for 2+ hours of it. I asked several times for my front bushes to be trimmed. The first time they didn’t do it because of a confrontation with my neighbor. The second time they didn’t have the trimmers. The third time it simply was not done. I wouldn’t recommend them based on performance but I think if you keep an eye on what they’re doing and hold them accountable on-site, you may get better service. Unfortunately, I can’t say their service is worth the money I paid.

  We truly apologize for letting you down. We only charged you for the portion of the clean up that was completed. As you are aware, our crews were unable to complete the job due to extreme aggression and harassment from your neighbor. On return visits, harassment continued and police were called by you. Our crews felt unsafe and intimidated on site, they were unable to work uninterrupted in a safe environment and for that reason quality may have suffered. We are happy to hear you have found a suitable replacement.

  I called MC because I personally knew the owners and wanted to give a try and because my lawn desperately needed it due to rain! Heather who took my call was so cheerful and polite! She told me they may not get to my yard this week due to it being a holiday. MC showed up the same day! I was so relieved especially since we got rain the next day! I felt so bad for the gentleman who mowed as my lawn couldn’t be mowed due to the rain and continued wetness, but he mowed the whole acre and weed whacked! He must have been so overwhelmed! I would recommend this business to anyone! I can’t rave enough about them! Thank you!
