  The first week of Oct I called to get new lawn service in a newly built subdivision over by Huntertown. I was given their name by DR Horton who built our home. I was told I'd hear back in a day or so and that they did the vast majority (their exact words) of the homes in this sub. I never heard from them. I called a couple weeks later after not hearing from anyone and the grass was getting too long. I was told they were sorry and someone would get in touch with me in 48 hours or less to set up someone to come out and give me an estimate. I didn't hear from anyone. I called on 11/10 and they lady that answered wasn't having it. No one was upset but she was totally defending herself (this person was not who I spoke to before) and going on about how she only works part time and they probably will not take on extra lawns this late and that they don't do that many out here to begin with. I'm so confused. All I know is I cannot find a company to come out here and service our lawn. Even when the company is the one who the builder even says, and they themselves have said, are the ones who mostly service this new sub. So, there's that.
