I went to Robstown Hardware for a discharge grass chute for my LA140. The wait was a  little while as only two counter people taking orders. When my turn I got Johnny as my salesperson. Told him what I needed and he did a fast and exact job. I even asked him who makes better implement farm tractors Cat or John Deere and I will be damned he said John Deere

Had a sthil chainsaw that wouldn't start the mechanic fixed it for free. Now that's Great

Outstanding service and extremely knowledgeable. Hailley at the parts counter nailed it. She researched and ordered the all the parts I needed to get my tractor running again.

Found parts for our John Deer riding mower. The staff was really helpful.

Lots of stuff.. Anyways im glad they still have the pink tire seal.

After being on the phone for 10 minutes while the parts guy tried to look up something, I told him I would look it up and call him back before 5 o clock. At 5 till 5, the phone just rang and nobody bothered to pick it up. And at 5:00 someone just hung up on me.

I ordered the required parts, which were substantial, online and had them delivered. At a better price.

Your sales department is great, but the service department is a different story.  Its already bad enough your tool is broken and then have a service guy that is rude, mad at the world and just does not care when your tool will be fixed.  I understand he's the mechanic, busy and maybe not enough help and probably does not have people skills, but as a business, you should recognize that and have someone else take the item and document the issue.

Went to another Joh Deere dealership and pretty much got the run around and was told we were not his only customer, Went to Robstown John Deere and received a better trade in value of which they had no Idea what the first dealership was offering, I got a 4044m tractor for cheaper price, no hassles and received discount with having to ask for. Salesman was terrific, I know he was busy and never complained once and took care of us, forgive me if I misspelled Name, Burt Zimmerman. Great bunch of people from sales to mechanics.

Had a good selection of mowers, the people there were very nice and helped me find what i was looking for, hands down the best place to buy a mower in our the Corpus Christi region

This is the best farm and ranch equipment dealer in South Texas. They are great at what they do! I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10.
