  Bought a couple of pallets and they were easy and fast to pick up. Grass was thick, cut very uniform and had a good amount of dirt. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the bonus fire ants infested in the pallets. Made it an adventure laying the grass.

  Took a chance and bought a half-dozen pallets of Floritam from them. They weren't the cheapest but they had a professional website and polite receptionist. Was told it would be cut that morning. I figured I'd get quality and impress my customer. I sure was wrong.. Sod was wilted to 24+ hours on arrival, infested with Bermuda grass and grub worms, some pieces were mostly dormant/dead, showed signs of foot traffic, many had no soil attached; only mats of thatch. The lengths of pieces varied a lot. I had to discard nearly a whole pallet worth and my customer was still angry about the Bermuda patches that made it down. To make matters worse, I bought a pallet from another source to make up the difference.. 2 weeks in and Turfcos Floritam is still sluggish and brown in stark contrast to the other stuff, which is now green and aggressive. Ugh, what an embarrassment. I thought about calling and demanding a partial refund but I can't imagine a company that would let this kind of mess go out the door would care about customer satisfaction.

  I went to pick up my 450 sq feet Augustine pallet and was greeted by two very rude workers. They were confused about my order i had prepaid for and tried to deny me because of THIER mistake. After resolving that problem and tolerating their attitudes, i drove to the back and picked up my pallet. Took it home and laid the grass down & was immediately disappointed. Not only was my Saint Augustine grass mixed with BERMUDA grass, my 450sq feet pallet was only actually 350 sq feet. Very disappointed with this company and will not be returning with my business.
