  Im so upset by this company. I hired them on 2/11 for a 2/15 move in cleaning. Gave them half deposit as requested to schedule the 10 am cleaning for today. When booking was told I would get a call at 9 am to ensure I was home to let them in. No one called. At 10 am no one showed up. I’ve been calling their number since 9:30 am and even left a voicemail. No response. After reading the reviews apparently this is common. I want my deposit back since they can’t even answer the phone to explain their delay; unacceptable business practice. This company is not a real cleaning company. 100% do not recommend calling/scheduling them.

  Jordan’s cleaning owner came to me and my family when we called last minute. Jordan and her wife did great work cleaning the whole house. She was very professional and friendly. She offered us monthly cleaning with great discounts. We are now members with this cleaning service. Thank you so much 😉

  Very disappointed with this company. Was treated extremely unprofessionally. It started out very well and was worth the price. Overtime it got increasingly worse. I would get cancelled on the day of cleaning. Unprofessional timing and responsiveness happened quite often and for too long, that’s my fault. Multiple times the cleaners would come 2-4 hours later than the original time. Last time they cleaned, they did not dust, vacuum, wipe down anything. She left within 45 MINUTES for a 1500 sq. feet apartment. There is No way you can get that size apartment done efficiently in that time. I called to ask them to come back and clean so i can give them full payment. I was rudely questioned of my knowledge of cleanliness and immediately said i was wrong. I took photos of all of the issues with the cleaning and was quickly met with extreme disrespect. As soon as I told her that, she said she didn’t care about my business or myself and hung up the phone. Never doing business again with them!
