  JAM installed the patio around our pool and I regret hiring them. After less than a year there was dramatic sinking around the entire pool and even 10’ away from the pool. I might have given then the benefit of the doubt until the gate post fell. They glued the stone cap down and only cored down 3 INCHES for a 4 foot post! Their fence install is pure negligence – and eliminates any benefit of the doubt they might have received. When I called them to fix it, they quoted me a price which was only a few hundred away from the original labor cost to install! We had another contractor fix. The photos speak for themselves. EDIT following JAM reply: JAM is blaming the pool contractor who has installed\backfilled around over 1000 pools since the 80s rather than take responsibility. Also, notice NO reply to the fence post negligence. The original quote to fix from JAM was near the same as the original installation cost. Their “cut our quote in half” was STILL MORE than I paid another contractor. If you got food poisoning at a restaurant, would you go back and give them more money or would you go to another restaurant?! Finally, “other pool patio’s have not sunk” is a lie. The original people who recommended you to us had their patio sink too. They just contracted with you to fix it.

  Mark, We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the work. You had another contractor handle the backfill. We cautioned you to pay attention to that work because settling can happen. Unfortunately, that is what happened. That was NOT due to our work. It was due to how the other contractor you used backfilled. Our estimator did try to reach out to try to work with you as you requested. When our quote came in higher than another you received, we even offered to cut our quote in half. Every other pool patio where we handled the backfill has been fine and has not sunk. We do stand behind our work if the issue is on us. But in this case, our work was done properly. The issue was with the contractor you used to care for the backfill. SEE FINISHED PHOTOS TO FOLLOW OF YOUR PATIO AS WELL AS OTHER PROJECTS WE HAVE COMPLETED WITH PROPER BACKFILL.

  I called this company by mistake to get a landscaping quote and they had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. The person I talked to was very nice and was willing to help me find someone locally to help me out. I've never heard of that before. If you're in the MA area, you gotta look them up. They're great!

  I use them to do a contracted snow removal at a local AT&t store. Their services are top notch. They just in with me each visit as requested and are always ahead of the weather. I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend them to anyone.
