  I found Highpoint Lawn Services to be one of the best in CNY. You always had the same technician, they listened to your complaints, answered all of your questions, very knowledgeable. My technician took care of the little things that he or I noticed, to keep my lawn looking great. He went above and beyond.

  I haven’t hired these people to do any work and I absolutely never will. In the past week I’ve had one of their drivers run my child and I off the road while speeding and a different truck tailgating me, literally inches away from my back bumper while swerving and driving erratically. I’ve called twice and the receptionist couldn’t care less. These people are going to get someone hurt or killed and they seem perfectly fine with it.

  attention everyone: did you receive the ridiculous letter today? High Point has been bought by TruGreen! BUT they have forwarded ALL of our information to TruGreen.....they DID NOT ask for permission to do this!!! Immediately do what I did today....CALL TruGreen and CANCEL!!! They are the worst!!!! Require them to refund the remaining $$$ that you have sent to High Point.....I did AND TruGreen MUST do this!!!! Trust me......we mow MANY lawns.....our customers are NOT allowed to use TruGreen....They are the worst!!!!
