Their customer service is second to none.  In addition to donating paint tinting, they work with us on the schedule and when tinting 13+ gallons of paint for two different homes Tom took the time to box it and organize it by home to make it easier for us to get to the correct place.  The store also has a great assortment of supplies and someone is always willing to answer a question or help find the correct item needed.  This store is a great asset to our community and a wonderful supporter of our non-profit!

Store was packed with merchandise, which is remarkable for any retail store in Door County this time of year.  This is not the same store I remember from a few years ago.  Friendly staff as well.  Give yourselves a pat on the back!

Awesome service.  Great selection.   Want able to find academy what would fix my problem but they failed me find something close.   It didn't end up working  out but they did help me with directions to a place 20 mins away that would have what I was looking for.   Great people.  10 out of 10

It's a small place, but they have a good variety of stuff. The folks that I usually see in there, I  think are the owners,  but not sure.  They are getting up in age and you need to be a little more patient.  If you are looking for soil and lawn products,  they are to the left of the main entrance,  some outside, and the other is in the metal building . Not a huge assortment but it was adequate for basic stuff.

The website says they are open until 5pm, I walked in at 3:50 then was informed that was old information and they were closing.   I kindly informed them that I would be very quick and fully intended on spending at least a couple hundred in paint and other materials that could be grabbed in 10 minutes.  Nope, “it would help us out for you to come back another day.”

We are in the area very often and starting a major remodeling project and wanted to keep business local.  Sorry but now all of my future business will go elsewhere, permanently.  Big box stores have more selection and far better prices anyway.  $60 for a gallon of deck stain, really?

Fix your website, in this day there is no excuse for that.   Especially if it was “old information”.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.  This place has what you need and when you need it. They don't have hardware stores like this anymore. They even had a part i needed to repair my motorcycle and I did so in the parking lot.

Friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly well stocked. Easy to navigate. Love going here.

Stopped by several times, courteous staff willing to help.  Best thing, they had what I was looking for each time.

Staff is friendly, always willing to help you find what you came in for. Prices are a little high, but it is a small town hardware store so I wouldn't expect much else.
