As someone who spends alot of time and money in stores like this I was not pleased by my visit. The cashier was not helpful and was playing on her cool touch screen watch rather than talking to me. I stood there awkwardly waiting for my recipt while she finish her conversation on her device.
Based on other reviews this seems to be common here. Management/ corporate i hope you read these reviews and enhance your employee training and set boundaries for your young workers

I worked for them for 6 years at store 709 I had 5 bosses and the last one wanted to demot me  to part time and work full-time hours so I was force out of my job they can't keep  Manger nor supervisor I was a Sr. Sale associate

Every harbor freight I have been to is Awesome! This one is as well. Great lighting, clean facility, easy to find what I'm looking for and prices and great.

They have changed brands don't really care for what they now have but really like to browse this store for bargains

A wide variety of tools. This is my first stop if I'm doing any mechanical work or home improvements. The staff is friendly and helpful.

First time in the Mt Vernon store. Google drive took me right to it. That place is like a toy store for grown ups. They have almost everything a man/woman could need in the way of equipment for a garage or constitution site. Their prices are very reasonable. I went in just to browse which took almost 2 hours to see most of their stock. They had folks there that walk through the store to help find anything one might want or need. My experience was quite pleasant.....I'll go back if and when I need anything.
